You get our best rate on the same dates and the same barn, and you’re dealing with us straight rather than through a middle layer — which makes everything faster if anything needs sorting.

Yes. On our flexible rate you can cancel free of charge within 14 days of booking for a full refund. After that you lose your deposit, and from the balance due date — 4 weeks before arrival — the booking is non-refundable. If you book within 4 weeks of arrival you pay in full and the free-cancellation window is 48 hours instead of 14 days. Our discounted non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled for a refund at any point. Full details are on our booking terms page.

Yes — we run a “book both” option for groups of up to eight, which gives you the run of both barns and the shared courtyard. It works particularly well for two families, multi-generational holidays, and pre-wedding or post-wedding stays. Use the Book Both page or just email us with your dates.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

We don’t take pets at either barn — the soft furnishings and the tight turnaround between bookings make it tricky. If you’re travelling with a dog, we’re happy to point you at dog-friendly options nearby.

Yes — there’s a welcome pack waiting on the kitchen counter the day you arrive, enough to take the edge off the drive and the first morning before you’ve found the village shop. If you have specific dietary needs, let us know in advance and we’ll adjust.

Yes — the village pubs and shop are an easy walk, but most of the wider area (Warwick, Althorp, Silverstone, Stratford) is best reached by car. There’s private parking with EV charging at both barns.
